The problem

Most lost work never shows up as a loss.

A customer who can't reach you doesn't leave a complaint. They call the next shop on Google. Here is what one ordinary week can look like.

One week at a 6-truck residential shopIllustrative example
WhenWhat happenedJob value
Mon 2:14 PMPanel upgrade inquiry. Call missed while the crew was on a roof.Korvaxis texts back in seconds and books the estimate.$3,200

Our story

Why Korvaxis exists.

Muaz QamerFounder, Korvaxis

Ask any electrician about the phone and you'll hear the same story. It rings while they're on a ladder with their hands in a panel. By the time they call back, the customer has already booked someone else.

That isn't a skill problem. The shops losing that work are often the best ones: busy, booked out, and too focused on doing the job right to stop and answer. The shop that wins the call is usually just the one that picked up first.

Big contractors solve this with an office full of people: dispatchers, schedulers, someone whose whole job is chasing quotes. A five- or ten-truck shop can't hire a person for every one of those gaps. So the owner covers them at night, on weekends, between jobs. Or nobody does.

Electricians are who people call when something goes wrong. The power is out, a breaker won't reset, the new kitchen won't turn on. You show up, figure it out and make it safe. Few trades carry that much responsibility, and few get so little credit for it.

The people who keep the lights on deserve better than a full voicemail box and a stack of sticky notes on the dashboard. They deserve a front office that knows their shop, sounds like their shop and works as hard as their crew does.

Our mission

No electrician should lose a job because they were busy doing one.

That's why I started Korvaxis: to give a five- or ten-truck shop the same front office a big contractor has, without adding payroll and without losing the personal touch that makes customers choose a local shop.

It answers in your shop's name. It follows up on every quote. It knows what counts as an emergency and gets your on-call tech on the phone. And it never pretends to know something it doesn't.

Every shop gets the full treatment

Each Korvaxis system is built around one shop's hours, service area and way of doing things. I lead every setup personally, and every system is held to the same tested standards, so a new shop coming on board never means less attention for the ones already running. After launch you get a weekly check-in, and changes whenever your shop changes.

What you can hold me to

You'll always reach me directly, not a ticket system.
Nothing talks to your customers until you've seen it work and signed off.
If it isn't paying for itself, tell me. You can cancel any month.

Questions

What owners usually ask.

Will my customers know it isn't a person?

It writes the way your office does: short, polite and specific to your shop. If someone asks directly, it tells the truth and offers a callback from your team.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It never guesses at prices, dates or promises. It collects the details and passes the conversation to you or your on-call tech.

Do I need new software or a new number?

No. It works with the phone line, email and calendar you already use.

How long does setup take?

About a week from the first call, including testing and your sign-off.

Is there a contract?

Every plan is month-to-month.
